We had a great stay at Chateau De Chine Hotel in Kaohsiung. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when we had trouble communicating with taxi drivers who didn't speak English. They even let us use their cellular phone to sort out the issue, saving us a lot of stress. The room was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, with great local markets and restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the complimentary mobile phone with data and the free self-service laundry. we had a very pleasant and comfortable experience at Chateau De Chine Hotel, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with high-quality materials that added to the overall comfort. The bed was large and cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. We were impressed by the hotel's attention to detail, such as the divided bathroom with separate areas for the toilet and shower+bathtub. The hotel also provided a free self-service laundry facility, complete with washing machines, dryers, and an ironing board. This made it convenient for us to freshen up our clothes during our stay. Additionally, during the "happy hour" at the VIP lounge, we were treated to unlimited refreshments and snacks, including a variety of beverages, coffee, tea. It was a delightful experience to relax and unwind in such a luxurious setting.

This place offers exceptional service, from the friendly and helpful staff to its prime location. We found the hotel staff to be accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was incredible! Two things stood out to me during my stay: the spacious and comfortable room, and the excellent buffet breakfast. The location was also perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Plus, the hotel's gym was a great way to start the day.

While the overall experience was positive, there were a couple of downsides. The Wi-Fi in the room was not very strong, making it difficult to work on my computer at times.

During my stay, I enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location to many attraction points, such as Pier 2 and the Rui Feng Night Market easily accessible by MRT or light rail. The transport system was efficient, and I never had to wait for long. The hotel facilities were impressive too; I loved the VIP lounge, which had a complimentary happy hour, free wine, and cold beers, and I could use the laundry for free. I also found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the stylish décor of the hotel and the excellent service provided by the staff. The rooms were clean, and we particularly enjoyed the large variety of foods offered at the breakfast buffet. The hotel was in a prime location, with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. We also appreciated the free, conveniently-located parking.

While the room was nicely appointed, it was a bit cramped, and we found ourselves stepping around each other often. the VIP lounge was not as enjoyable as we had hoped, as it was primarily used for guests to consume their own food.

The hotel's location is very convenient for those attending events at the nearby convention center, and it's just a short walk to the MRT station. The river is also nearby, perfect for a relaxing stroll. Rooms are clean, well-equipped, and come with all the standard amenities. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast buffet offers both Asian and Western options.

The hotel lacks any particularly outstanding features or unique selling points.
